service for Commence and SalesLogix. For clients who cannot or don't wish to
become workgroup experts, we offer a somewhat unique and valuable service. We
install the necessary servers on our network, and provide complete application
and user support.

server on our network in very little time. Everything we need is currently
in place and we understand it. We keep our customer servers available to
them twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Your computer

customers connect to their servers on our network across the Internet. If
necessary, we can assist customers in establishing Internet connections.

User Software |
We sell
end user licenses to our customers exactly as they would buy them to
install on their own networks. Nothing changes. Typically, we would
install the end user software as part of the rollout. |

We
provide end user training for both Commence and SalesLogix. |
| Support |
We
provide ALL end user support for both Commence and SalesLogix. End users
are encouraged to use our helpdesk to make sure problems and questions are
handled quickly and efficiently. |

services to assist our customers in moving ahead with technology. |
