An Evaluator's Guide to Commence

This is a good idea and an interesting document to have available.  Unfortunately, it does not have a lot of the competitive type of information you might expect.  I've reproduced the table of contents (for what it is worth), some industry comments, and a good history article on Jensen-Jones.
